What information should you add to your wedding app?
Once your wedding has been created, the next step is to organise the information your guests will need. Adding it in the right order makes building the agenda easier and helps you notice any missing details before invitations are sent.

1. Add your locations first
Begin with the places connected to the celebration, such as the ceremony, reception, accommodation and transport pickup points.

3. Help guests plan their journey and stay
Add accommodation instructions, hotel booking details, check-in information, transport times, pickup points, parking and return arrangements.
For a destination wedding, include the nearest airports, the recommended arrival day and any useful local travel information.
4. Add the practical details guests commonly ask about
Use the menu and Q&A sections to explain meal choices, dietary requirements, dress code, children, plus ones, accessibility, gifts, photography rules, outdoor arrangements and anything guests should prepare in advance.
This keeps the practical information together instead of spreading it across separate messages.
5. Tell guests whom to contact
Add the people who can help with different questions, such as transport, accommodation, accessibility or last-minute issues.
Clear responsibilities help guests find the right person without directing every question to the couple.
6. Review everything from a guest’s perspective
Before activating invitations, imagine that you know nothing about the wedding. Can you work out where to go, when to arrive, how to travel, what to wear and whom to contact?
This final review often reveals the small details that are easiest to overlook.
